Truffle experience

  • Weekly Friday morning truffle market at Carpentras (every Friday morning from mid-November to mid-March). Early morning - at the heart of Carpentras town - a potent but delicate fragrance perfumes the air and tingles your tastebuds. Ah, but there is absolutely no doubt! It is the scent of fresh truffles!
  • An introduction to truffles at the foot of the Mont Ventoux. After a tour of the property, a walk through truffle tree grove accompanied by dogs, resident truffle hunters, is in order. An exploration allowing you to get a better understanding of how the “black diamond” is cultivated and can be found. What follows is a themed truffle lunch.
  • Finish the day in perfection with a special Truffle Menu at Coquillade Provence. A globe-trotters cuisine, the Chef will take you on a voyage of limitless flavor and culinary discovery.

Price at 495€ for two people

This experience includes: the rental of the SMART for the day, the truffle experience and the lunch at the private domain (drinks included) followed by a ‘Truffle Menu Dinner’ (drinks excluded) at Coquillade Provence.

An unique experience: a private guided tour to discover the history of the old underground galleries of the Mines de Bruoux, tempered at 10°, followed by a blind tasting of Aureto wines under the majestic cathedral of the Mines!
